Last month, we had the chance to teach our very first behind-the-scenes workshop to a group of photographers. The two-day experience was designed to help each person to take their work to the next level, no matter what experience and skill level they were currently at. Both technical and business skills were emphasized to help them succeed in their own studios. In the two days, we made some incredible friendships, and we both realized that we have a love for teaching. It was amazing to see each of their eyes open up as they listened and went through the exercises, each inspired to go home and start improving their craft and business.

If you missed your chance to learn from us, contact us and we can set up a private workshop for you! Our private workshops are specifically tailored to your individual needs with targeted topics and personal critiques.

Here are just a few testimonials from some of our workshop participants:

"I just wanted to say thanks again for hosting the workshop and putting in all those extra hours to share your knowledge and help us learn.  I decided to do one workshop this year and am so glad I picked yours.  It was awesome hearing you share about your focus on lighting and seeing how efficiently you achieve good lighting for your photographs.  Although I went to the workshop to focus on technical aspects, your business sessions opened my eyes to see how important it is to also focus on the business aspects of my photography.  The business knowledge you shared has given me clear direction on how I should approach setting up shop.  Another area I learned a ton from was watching how you interact with your clients and pose them.  Most of all, I'm really thankful for the huge amount of individual focus and time you dedicated to helping every one of us with our goals and your genuine desire for us to learn.  I'm excited to start putting all the things I learned into practice!" - T.Y.

"I always find it hard to share about an experience that's so impact-full in so many words. Wayne and Angela's workshop was awesome... or as Wayne would say himself... epic! The amount of knowledge that both of them had and were willing to share was worth more than the cost of the workshop itself. During the two days they shared everything from album design to pricing to finding light to posing. It was a great overview of how they approached not only shooting but also their business. Both Wayne and Angela were able to clearly convey their thoughts and taught in a way that anyone could understand. I'd highly recommend (from someone just starting out to the seasoned pro) this workshop to anyone that wants to take their business to the next level. Thank you guys for being so transparent and willing to share your talent and knowledge with us all." - J.S.

"I just wanted to personally thank you guys and say that I genuinely enjoyed your workshop.  It was a pleasure meeting you guys, STAK and the other attendees. I came into your workshop with goals of streamlining and making my photography business more profitable and I came out of with with plenty of practical ways to do just that. Now it's just up to me to make it happen. The info you shared was to the point and laid out simple enough for everyone to understand. Thank you for being open and trusting. I felt like you guys are like old friends even though this was the first time meeting you." - J.C.
