We are lucky to have our own in-studio graphic designer, Angela, custom-design our albums for all our couples. Based on the personality of each wedding, we thoughtfully and purposefully present the images to best tell the story of their wedding day--it's the only way they can relive the magic of that day all over again. If there were tears, laughter or butterflies, our goal is to evoke those emotions each time they flip through these pages. These are the family heirlooms and lifetime investment for each and every one of our couples, so we believe in making albums that will most comprehensively tell their story. It's always exciting to see the final product once they are finished!
We made 20+ albums for our couples last year (phew!), and managed to photograph a couple of our Leather Wedding Albums before they went out the door!
Here's also a recent Fine Art Book that we made for Joanne and Dan's engagement session from back in November. Their wedding colors are purple, pink and silver (hence the customized cover!).

Jessica and Mike flew us (and themselves) from the east coast to join their guests in sunny, beautiful Marina del Rey for a lovely wedding. Their story started more than ten years ago when this LA-girl crossed paths with her "gentle giant" at UPenn--and a couple dozen Phillies games later, the two finally decided to make it official. Their peacock-inspired wedding at the Ritz-Carlton in Marina del Rey had guests flying in from as far as half-way around the world for their joyous occasion! It was a fun, colorful day of sweet surprises and happy people. We're so honored to have been able to share that day with you! Now that we're back on the east coast, sitting in a cold studio, we wish we were still in California (sigh). Next time you're out there, bring us a burger from In-n-Out.
Taking advantage of the gorgeous SoCal weather, we also spent an afternoon with them at the Santa Monica Pier for some engagement photos the day before "the" day. Between dodging pigeons and making sure Mike was not overheating in his sweater, the soon-to-be's were more than adorable in front of our cameras. And Mike, with his little ways, always knew how to make Jessica shine.
