The past few weddings I've been shooting in November have been very
cold and rainy. This makes me jealous of California photographers since
it's usually warm and sunny there. On the other hand, I get to be more
creative in the portraits I take for my bride and groom. Lian and
James' ceremony was held at St. Paul's Chapel
at Columbia University. This was my first time there, and I was able to
capture some really amazing architecture. Since the weather was ugly
outside, we were able to get some really strong portraits around the
chapel. Afterwards, the skies cleared up so we stopped by the Brooklyn
Bridge, which was right by the reception at the Marriott in Brooklyn.
You can see Lian + James engagement session here that we took over the summer time.

Some details of Lian's Chinese tea ceremony outfit.

The reception was right by the Brooklyn Bridge, so we went to take some night shots after the rain.
